Sandy Lintz has journeyed a long way to where she is now--living a peacefully centered life. But she did not always have one. Diagnosed with clinical depression as a teenager, suffered from panic attacks and anxiety, and was later diagnosed with bipolar disorder. Despite all the labels, tears, and struggling for decades, Sandy never lost hope--hope that one day her hectic life would level out, her troubled mind would find peace, and her broken heart would finally find comfort. For Sandy recovery was an option at 54, and she's never looked back. Five years later, Sandy is now a Neuro coach, helping humans find peace of mind and live a joyful life.
Dale Walsh grew up always thinking he was on a different plan of reality than most of his peers. His grandiose thoughts began at the age of 16 when he "figured out" he was smarter than Henry Kissinger, President Nixon's brilliant but widely disliked Secretary of State. Perhaps this big thought grew from a possible complex because he was constantly the shortest boy in his grade and, for the first two years at boarding school, the smallest kid in the entire institution...at least that’s what Dale believed. Diagnosed as a schizophrenic at the age of 20, Dale was institutionalized with schizophrenic delusions after his first year at Dartmouth. For Dale, recovery has always been an option. It's been 27 years since Dale's last schizophrenic episode. Today, Dale is a coach supporting families whoo's loved ones are fighting their own battle to recover from schizophrenia.
