Rachel Fisher is an integrative health and mindset coach with a broad background in psychological science, yoga, functional strength and conditioning, holistic nutrition, and farm-to-table cooking practices. Rachel has a knack for empowering you to transform your habits, weave intention into your daily doings, and realize your true potential.
A PhD drop-out turned applied practitioner, during her time in academia, Rachel studied extensively in the areas of self-control, goal pursuit, and well-being. That curiosity sparked a desire to get on the ground level and make a personal difference, leading Rachel on a journey of self-discovery and creating new rituals.
Since that pivot, Rachel’s been weaving the tapestry that is my current approach to mindset, movement, nourishment, and connection with The Ritual Movement. Her passion and calling is to co-create rituals together, walking beside you as you lovingly release old patterns, ground in your body, become clear on your core values, develop trust in yourself, and experience the full-tilt transformation of which you are oh-so-capable and worthy.
